We're proud to sponsor the Winter Slalom Series races this year at Snowtrax – our local Alpine Activity Centre, dry slope, ski store and Alpine Pub.

The Winter Slalom Series is open to members of Snowtrax Alpine Rockets and Race Squad clubs for under 16s, and is a great way for kids (and their parents!) to compete year-round against themselves and each other on a cutting-edge dry slope surface.

We had a great time on Sunday competing in the races and soaking up the alpine vibes. The branded racing bibs look great too!

Do you have excellent computer and interpersonal skills and want a flexible and interesting part-time role helping businesses succeed with modern and effective IT? We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing IT Support business in a key role as an IT Helpdesk Engineer.

As a member of our team you’ll provide our business customers with IT support by phone, email and remote desktop, manage cloud services which include Microsoft 365, email, cybersecurity and backup, and set up and manage computers and networks both remotely and sometimes on-site. You’ll be responsible for taking ownership of IT support cases and seeing them through from enquiry to completion.

We’re looking for a proactive individual who is proficient in Windows with a keen interest in IT and has excellent attention to detail. Experience in diagnosing and resolving IT issues is highly desirable but not essential as training and mentoring will be provided. You must be within commutable distance of Bournemouth and have your own transport and a full UK driving licence as occasional visits to local customer sites will be required.
