Your Role:
As a new member of our sales team, you will have to learn the sales process, as well as the products. You will cut your teeth calling into prospective business accounts, building relationships, and finding opportunities.
You will also be responsible for growing these relationships and expanding our portfolio with these customers. Over time your account base will build as will your confidence, your sales number, and your earnings.
Responsibilities will include researching potential customers to drive new business, generating new business through cold calling as well as account management including project-based work, regular customer contact, managing timescales, and understanding strategy.

• Organised with excellent communication and administration skills
• Target-driven with a strong sense of initiative
• Able to work independently as well as within a team to achieve results.
Rewards:
All our junior and trainee sales roles offer great starting basic salaries £25k to £35k plus unlimited earning potential, thanks to the uncapped commission structure, a flat 30% of GP over target.
