We’re delighted to announce Hayley’s promotion to Through Hole and Selective Solder Supervisor (Technical Expert). 🎉

Hayley has been a valued member of PTE for five years, during which she has made a significant contribution on the shop floor. In her previous Technical Expert role, she consistently supported colleagues in achieving IPC-A-610 standards.

In her new position, Hayley will oversee the Through Hole and Selective Solder departments, ensuring continued compliance and the highest quality standards for our customers.

Our Bambu Lab 3D printer is a great example of this, helping us quickly produce production fixtures, trays and assembly aids to support manufacturing and assembly processes.

Creating custom tooling in-house means we’re able to improve consistency on the shop floor, speed up setup times and help reduce lead times for customers.

Another busy morning on the shop floor. 👌

Our Schleuniger, Inc. wire processing machine helps automate cable preparation by cutting and stripping wires to exact specifications with speed.

Technology like this makes a huge difference on our shop floor, reducing manual handling and improving consistency across production.

That means we’re able to maintain 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 throughout cable and harness assembly, while keeping production efficient and lead times down for our customers. 💪
