The significant competitiveness of the PC market and the ferocious price wars have left little margin for the larger providers and as such their service has suffered. We understand that the computing world does not run from 9-5pm and we offer a service which reflects this. All customers will pay the same rates at 9pm as they would at 1pm, we will not charge premiums for anti-social hours, and we promise the same level of service 6 days a week.
