But we'll always give you a clear timeline before we start — no surprises. Having content and imagery ready and an idea of how you want the finished design always helps.

1. Low-resolution images — blurry print looks unprofessional
2. Inconsistent branding — different colours and fonts on different materials confuse customers

A strong password is: long (12+ characters)
random (not your pet's name!)
unique to each account
stored safely in a password manager like Bitwarden — which is free.

Be honest — are you still using your pet's name? 😅 No judgment — easy fix!
