76Pin 4 plug TE setup

Up to V8 support with full sequential fuel and spark using EpieEFI or upto 4cyl full seq on speeduino.

Full sequential available using crank only signal (EpicEFI only).

Smart alternator control output (adjustable).

ACC relay control output (mainly used on Toyota/Nissan)

2x 12v outputs for VVT valve (relay controlled by ACC circuit and uses battery supply not ignition switched supply)

3 spare low current 1A outputs (EML/Shift light/other)

Dual VVT support

2,3,4 wire idle valve support.

Oil temp
Fuel temp
Oil pressure
Fuel pressure
Fuel level

adjustable Bias resistors for all analog temp signals to match your sensor type correctly

2 inputs for Clutch up and down for launch control and flat shift or table switching etc

AC ON demand 12v signal (idle-up)

Other ON demand 12v signal (idle-up for headlights/heated window etc)

4bar map sensor

option for onboard baro sensor

Boost control

VSS (VR or hall) signal for boost by gear, can be used with gearbox transducer or GPS module)

Little project for a customer of mine.

24pin plug.
12x 12v signal inputs all opto-isolated.
6x 0-14v analog inputs.
All circuits are protected.
Canbus transceiver for receiving ECU signals to pass onto the dashboard via usb serial.
Teensy 4.1 as he’s already got the code working on a prototype board.
10cm x 5cm board.

Option to use this board as an input board for any canbus ecu that needs extra IO if you can write the code

Small diagnostics and repair done this morning to a clients ecu that was accidentally damaged, luckily the 5v protection diode did its job and clamped the 5v rail to ground protecting the other parts of the board during the high voltage incident.

Next I need to scope the ignition and injector outputs to make sure they are all ok.

On the bench later for testing, my speedy/epic Nissan 64pin that will work on anything from the CG10 to SR20, it will require a different trigger wheel to work tho, supports ACC relay control, idle up input, extra inputs for fuel and oil pressure and fuel level sender, onboard wideband controller option and cable, VSS, 3 spare outputs via diag plug, EML control, up to 4 ign outputs and other features via jumper selection to support the different pinout combinations like S13/S14SR20 engines etc.

Nissan 64pin ECU design done for a client, supports the CG10 through to the SR20DET by adjusting a couple of link wires to suit the engines ever so slightly different pinouts, VR conditioner option in case they went to crank VR setup.
onboard wideband.
oil & fuel temp inputs with adjustable bias.
oil & fuel pressure inputs.
fuel tank level input with adjustable.
spare output on the diagnostics plug.
spare input to switch tables on the diagnostics plug.
EML control (sync warning / shift light options)
