Good Afternoon
After an unexpected and very difficult shock within our team, we need to share some important news with you. Our lead engineer, Steve, has recently received a serious health diagnosis and will be undergoing intensive medical treatment over the coming weeks. His wellbeing is our absolute priority, and as a small specialist team, this means we must temporarily adjust how we operate.
With this in mind, we will be closing our books to new business for the next few weeks. This has been an incredibly hard decision to make — after more than 16 years of building EADR into a trusted, reputable service, stepping back, even briefly, is not something we take lightly. However, we would never want to offer anything less than the premium standard of care and expertise our clients deserve, and during this period, that may not always be possible.
Please rest assured that all current cases already with us will be completed as planned, and we remain fully committed to those clients whose work is already underway.
We hope you’ll bear with us as we navigate this unexpected little blip in EADR’s journey. We look forward to reopening our doors and welcoming new clients again once we’re back to full strength.
