We did it - 48 miles over 2 days. or 78km if you like bigger numbers!

2 brilliant days in great weather with a revolving cast of supporters and friends along the way.

The muscles for now will remember it for most of the week, but its a shared experience that everyone involved with will also never forget.

And we’re off….

MysonPages and friends are on the way to take on the 45-mile Rochdale Way in support of Springhill Hospice

Day 1 - 30 miles from Owd Betts in a loop round the borough, ending at The Moorcock Inn, Littleborough around 6pm.

As well as hills, views and reservoirs the Rochdale Canal and railways and trams feature heavily through day 1.

A great reminder that the North was at the front of the industrial revolution.
