There is a lot of confusion about file storage in Microsoft Teams - but this is from the horse's mouth, so to speak!

Microsoft Teams files that you share in a channel are stored in your team's SharePoint folder. Files that you share in a private or group conversation are stored in your OneDrive for Business folder.

Sometimes you want to extend your selection very precisely or by a large amount. Using Shift-right arrow is easier to control. You can use the down arrow instead for larger amounts.

Do you use automatic signatures in Outlook? If so, you may have discovered that they are not shared automatically across your various devices. If you Google a solution there are some complicated instructions for finding the folder they are stored in, but actually the easiest way is to send yourself an email with the signature on, then open it on the device you wish to copy it to, copy it, then in a new email go into the signature set up (Insert, Signature, Signatures). Click the "new" button and paste it in and save. Job done!
