Just like buses!!!!

Not sure if our old pal Dynamo is doing his thing for us but for the second time this week we have had some wonderful, positive news!

We are thrilled to announce that PECS Data Services has once again been awarded the contract to process grade 3, 6 and 9 exams for the Western Cape in South Africa. Working with University of Cape Town we will process over 600,000 students, taking multiple exam papers, all written, prepped, scanned, captured and marked in just 5 weeks!!

Thanks to all the team at UCT for believing in us again and well done to all the PECS team for again showing our worth.

We're Hiring!!

We are on the lookout for Russian and Ukraine speaking customer service agents to work out of our Mauritian and South African offices initially and then a hybrid office/work from home basis.

Providing a full omni-channel solution of managing inbound calls, web chat and emails for a major global client, you must have fluent Russian and/or Ukrainian language skills and previous customer service experience would be an advantage but not necessary, as full training will be provided. You need to possess huge ambition and drive and enjoy being part of a team (especially one as good as ours!!).

In return we offer a banging package which includes a high basic salary, together with several commission/bonus schemes.
