A significant WiFi upgrade at a caravan park in St Andrews. The main complex has a full fibre connection running to the router - from there we send the WiFi around the park using PTP radios, with a client facing AP at each station.

Caravan parks are inherently difficult to plan due to the construction materials of the vans themselves, living RF signals all over the place. With correct planning and channel management, we successfully covered various of the park with fast WiFi. šŸ›œ

All cloud managed which allows for complete oversight of the system, allowing us to manage to clients, passwords, bandwidth and everything else in between!

More WiFi to be added at this site - Iā€™ll remember to take more photos than this!

New CCTV system for a farm in Fife, a PTZ for keeping an eye on the lambs and 2 turrets with line crossing detection on the main roads into the farm.

Active zone deterrence ensures an alarm is sounded if these zones are accessed out with pre-set schedule.

A little throwback to a job completed in Lochgelly!

After an internet outage, we are asked to install a secondary failover 5G connection in the event the primary fibre connection has any further issues in the future.

Should the fibre ever go down - the 5G takes over instantly ensuring all calls, emails and ordered can continue being processed.

The guys at Pro-Duct even made a custom bracket just for the job!

We are asked to setup a new network in a property which was being converted into 6 luxury flats, in the heart of St Andrews.

The internet connection available was only 60Mbps, so we opted to install Starlink to meet the demand of all users combined.

Each flat has its own wireless access point, rather than setup an SSID per flat - we used PPSK to determine which VLAN a user/device is assigned to, depending on the WiFi password which is entered.

Overall, a fully cloud managed and robust WiFi system which zero cables on show.

We were called in to install a robust and feature rich network and WiFi system at this property during a full renovation. As we were notified early in the project, it allowed us to plan for cabling and WiFi access point locations properly - with a full onsite survey carried out to ensure wall to wall to coverage of WiFišŸ›œ

All TVā€™s had hardwired data points installed at each location.

Prep work underway for a new site wide network upgrade. Weā€™ve already installed 500m of OS2 fibre to each IDF point and data cabinets are in.

We will be utilising the 10Gbe throughput to increase network capacity for the next phase of the job, replacing 32 CCTV cameras.

Newly installed Starlink kit at wedding venue, used as a backup connection over the already installed 1GB fibre which exists at the premises.the Starlink kit kicks in if thereā€™s ever an issue with the primary connection. Critical for when using cad payments machines in such a busy environment.

We also setup a wireless bridge to allow cctv cameras to be installed on a nearby storage shed. This allows for cctv cameras to be installed side wide, which all communicate back to the main NVR for recording!

Few updates and scouting for additional camera locations for self storage facility. Itā€™s best not to forget anything before heading - thereā€™s no lift!
