Assisting the Government’s target of 100’000 test kits per day.
Working closely with eCourier, Coda Commerce provides the technical response for the Covid-19 home test kit courier collection service!
Coda and eCourier have worked together for more than 5 years, our software applications help manage all sameday, overnight and international courier operations.
At the start of April, eCourier landed the logistical challenge to supply the courier collection of home supplied Covid-19 test kits, this presented Coda with the equal challenge to create a technical solution for a national courier operation.
Hard worked ensued for all parties throughout the month of April creating operational partnerships and refining software to meet the demands of thousands of daily collections, all at a time when key staff are working from home.
It is with thanks that I am extremely proud of how our team responded under pressure and in a short time to provide a fully integrated booking portal, job management and route optimisation solution for eCourier to manage such a critical national operation.
