I did a pitch the other day - and wrapped it up at the end with this quote - it really resonates with me just lately. As a creative, I'm a bit of a dreamer - my motivational map puts me in the 'spirit' and 'searcher' camp and I'm craving the 'I need to do some good for others' experience. As well as my day to day 'doing' design for businesses - I will now be offering commercial training - 121 for up-skilling junior designers, refresher techniques for in-house designers, beginners and specific project based training. Why? I'm free to be bewildered every day in my job, unconstrained by office walls and my portfolio is hugely varied. I am looking to help others indulge there design talents to commercial level, inspire designers to seek different viewpoints, different application to further their abilities, both technically and creatively - do something for those who want to learn, and express there creativity, without the thousands of pounds investment. I'm putting the details out publicly within the month - but if you are or know someone who might be interested - let me know :)
