Scammers are emailing our clients pretending to be Jamie Pond of Plexus Media. These emails are NOT from us.

The email asks for £300 for a "website compliance check", with payment to a generic PayPal account or an unfamiliar bank account. We have not sent this and there is no such charge.

How to spot it: the scam comes from [email protected]. We will only ever contact you from an .co.uk address — never Gmail.

If you receive it:
• Do not pay or click any links
• Report it as phishing and delete it
• If in any doubt, call us on [phone number] before taking any action

If you've already responded or made a payment, please contact us and your bank straight away. Thank you for your vigilance.

The website is fully accessible and comes packed with a huge list of resources and information, carefully organised for parents, carers and teachers of children with ASN.
