Job Description
We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Inventory Clerks, to carry out residential property reports on our customers behalf. As an Inventory Clerk, you will be reporting on the condition of properties in and around your local area using an iPad (iOS) free app.
What you will be doing
There’s a variety of work available involving:
· Property inventories
· Checking tenants in and out of a property
· Carrying out mid-term tenancy inspection
· Liaising with lettings and estate agents.
The role requires great attention to detail, the ability to deal with situations as they arise, and delivering great customer service.
Requirements
· Vehicle & Driving Licence
· iPad (iOS13+)
· Customer Service skills
A DBS certificate (within the last 12 months)
