Wow what a night :)

With the pre release event , board gamers and role players, we smashed through the 70 attendees barrier.
Granted that wasn't all in one go thank the lord but wow what a night thank you all so much

What's up my tabletop gaming brothers and sisters.

Tomorrow's club is set to be a busy one with the Horsham and Crawley Pokémon Leagues first pre release event of the year.

Of course this means we have to change things up as they move into the big hall with 50+ trainers battling it out in card based combat.

The small hall will be used by one of our new d&d groups and our board gamers will be in the main hall with the Pokémon players.

Wargamers, please note if you have NOT received a confirmation email THERE WILL BE NO TABLES AVAILABLE.

If not confirmed you are still in the waiting list and if any tables drop out or space opens up you will then be notified via email.

Short of that we look forward to seeing many of you tomorrow evening :)

That is Right People, I am afraid the time has come to say goodbye to the WONDERFUL Crawley Gaming Club!

UNTIL 2026!

Jesus guys we are not done yet! that's right the year is officially coming to an end as as always at this time of year the hall gets locked up for the holidays and doesn't reopen until the start of January SOOOOOO that means tomorrows event 22/12/2025 will be the last one of the year and we will return again on 05/01/2026

We still have some spare tables so if you wanna come along get those bookings in (wargamers) or reach out in the comments if you wanna join a game (board games)

All Joking aside now i just want to say a massive thank you from me (Jason) for another amazing year and i shall look forward to seeing you "one last time" to see out 2025

Good afternoon all, just a quick note. Some of you may have been trying to put in bookings today and been unsuccessful.

This is due to the global outage of various servers today, I can now confirm the server we use is back up and running and you should now be able to put in your bookings once more

Good Afternoon all,

A quick service announcement for this coming Monday evening CGC event.

This week sees the Pokemon TCG final pre release event of 2025 and as always when these events run space is at a premium, and im afraid to say that, at this time WE ARE FULLY BOOKED! this goes for ALL wargame bookings, i believe the Pokemon event is also fully booked! board games still have some slots open to joining games BUT ADDITIONAL TABLES are not available at this time! the waitlist is still open for bookings which will be allocated on first come first served basis BUT PLEASE DO NOT turn up to play if you have not received a confirmation email saying your booking was accepted!

Normal service will resume next week !
