We’re looking for a Production Platemaker to join the busy production team at REPROFLEX3, a leading flexographic print company. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality printing plates using specialist equipment, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strict quality standards throughout the process.

📍Cramlington, Northumberland
➡️ From £27,500
➡️ Full-time, Permanent

The role involves hands-on machine operation, quality checking, and supporting stock, dispatch and warehouse activities within a clean, safety-focused production setting.

We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail, a practical mindset, and ideally experience in manufacturing or print production. You’ll need to be comfortable working shifts and in a physically active role.
