Healthy Habits Technology

Healthy Habits Technology Healthy Habits Technology is a digital platform that aims to improve the health, education, and wellbeing of children and young adults.

Healthy Habits Technology is a digital data-driven service capturing, analysing and incentivising healthy habits to improve the Health and Wellbeing of our communities. Using data from self-reporting and wearables technology it allows users to track and report on holistic health outcomes and to monitor participation data by using an outcome-based accountability mechanism. Irrespective whether you

use our Desktop or Mobile version, by connecting your wearable fitness tracker with the platform you gain insight to your personal health. Through our partnership with Academia, Government and Sports Bodies we offer ready access to high value health and wellbeing content. The growing concerns of childhood obesity and health related inequalities in conjunction with the absence of a sustainable and measureable one stop holistic health programme in our schools prompted adults, parents, health professionals and data analysts to commit to improving the health and lives of all pupils. After getting together in 2021, we then established β€œHealthy Habits Technology”, a value-based community and social interest company that is based in Northern Ireland. Together with schools, families, and communities we aspire to ameliorate the health and wellbeing of our young generation by incentivising, creating, and implementing Healthy Habits in their day-to-day life!
