Lets talk boundaries!
Women are particularly conditioned to believe saying NO to something or someone is somehow rude!
That even when we are stressed out and at breaking point we should put others first and do that ONE favour.
Even if THE something makes us feel uncomfortable, we should agree OR do it just because someone is a friend or family, we SHOULD allow / tolerate bad behaviour.
WELL Ladies There is nothing rude about the word NO... try saying no!!! See itโs not rude!
You don't have to do anything you feel uncomfortable in doing and you don't have to give a reason as to why your saying NO.
You do not have to accept unreasonable behaviour, from anyone. EVER!
If someone is making you feel less than your best, and they are unwilling to recognise/change, then..they need to GO!
If someone you're following ON social media is bringing up negative feelings every time you see their posts, just do yourself a favour and unfollow.
Respect yourself and your space. It's vital for good mental health.
Respect and create your boundaries, it's a key part of self love, also teach this to your children! Especially your daughters... letโs break this cycle and retrain our brains.
