Primary Goal Primary Goal is a digital industries apprenticeship training provider working with schools and businesses.

Primary Goal was created out of the need to bring together education providers, industry specialists and innovative employers with the aim to target existing gaps in ever changing government policy. Schools and academies are now beginning to develop their own unique business identity and as such are encouraged to operate as a commercial business whilst continuing to achieve the challenging targets

set by the government within education. Primary Goal aims to provide specialist support to those educational establishments who would like to inspire and engage their children, provide professional development to teachers and improve their existing Ofsted grading.

We had an absolutely fabulous time at the nEdEx School & Trust Leadership awards last night in Milton Keynes!

There were 10 of us all together from Primary Goal & Future Ready Foundation, including two brilliant Primary Goal apprentices as well as the lovely Aneela from BritAsia.

Our 17 year old apprentice Poppy was brave enough to actually present and hand out one of the awards which was a very heartwarming moment for all of us, Well Done Poppy!

To see everyone networking and hear the laughter and applause as all of these very deserving schools and trusts came to the stage to collect their awards, was just breathtaking. What a brilliant event! Thanks so much for hosting and having us! We can’t wait to see you again next year!

Brilliant role and fantastic opportunity for any Cheshire based IT enthusiasts.

Job role:

- Provide positive and proactive technical support, including repairs, fault diagnosis, and corrective actions for IT equipment.

- Maintain and develop school systems and networks, assist with email and internet activities, and support network and file management.

- Maintain the ICT inventory, ensure network security, and prevent misuse of ICT equipment.

- Offer software support and on-the-spot advice to staff, provide classroom support, and manage printer consumables.

The 11th of May marks the start of this years Mental Health Awareness Week.

Mental health is so important but often gets dismissed because it usually lacks physical symptoms. Just because you can’t see it doesn’t mean it’s not there, and just because it’s not happening to you doesn’t mean it’s not happening. Let’s look after eachother, not just this week, but throughout the tough times, the good, the bad and the ugly.

Never be afraid to ask for help, we are all on this planet together, we all live in each others shoes, we all walk with our own shadows. Be kind, be supportive and don’t ever think to yourself that you are not enough. You are exceptional!
