After launching my first children’s book earlier this year, book two is here!

Kylie Koala needs help. The prize money from the race could save her ice cream stall. There’s just one problem… Wombat Man is nowhere to be seen. Or is he?

This second book has been a step up in every way. A bigger story, more characters, more action, and a lot more pressure to make it even better than the first.

Still created for children aged 4–7, it keeps everything that worked in book one:

• Fast-paced storytelling
• Strong, positive characters
• Read-aloud rhythm with energy and humour
• Bold, clean illustration style

But this time, the world of Wombat Man expands.

As a designer, bringing consistency across a growing series while pushing things forward creatively has been one of the most rewarding challenges I’ve taken on.
