🤯 30% of UK manufacturers suffered a cyber incident in the last 12 months.

And only around half have an incident response plan in place.

Make UK, one of the leading voices for UK manufacturing, recently published a report looking at the state of cyber security across the industry.

Some of the findings are hard to ignore:

🔹30% of manufacturers experienced a cyber incident in the past year, either directly or through their supply chain.

🔹31% of manufacturers affected by supplier cyber attacks reported delays to customer deliveries.

🔹Almost a third of firms either do not have cyber insurance or are unsure whether they are covered.

With recent high-profile attacks showing just how quickly disruption can spread through manufacturing and its supply chain, that conversation is becoming more important than ever.
