Covid 19 Update 24th March 2020
Dear valued customer,
People are at the heart of everything we do. As the coronavirus outbreak continues to affect all our communities and day to day life here in the UK, we want to share the latest measures we are taking to adapt to this new reality.
Like many of you, we are currently adapting to new ways of working in order to do what is right for the health and safety of our employees. Our phone support is currently still available, however we do ask customers to bear in mind there may be some disruption to our normal service levels.
We have taken the decision to close our head office premises ‘drop-off’ facility until government advice changes. All customers will still be able to use the standard Collect+ procedure. We are still operating and will be able to fulfil orders via our inbound and outbound courier service. Please contact our customer service team regarding consoles we have repaired and still with us as we have a safe procedure for customer who would like to collect direct from our head office.
We are working closely with all our distribution partners so that our customers continue to receive a normal delivery service. Those carriers are introducing new ‘contact free’ ways to deliver goods to your homes. Please bear in mind the current situation and be aware that delays are possible under these extreme circumstances.
