Well, JLR have done it.The first all-electric production Range Rover.
The headline figures are impressive enough: up to 372 miles of WLTP range, 550bhp, and a 10-80% charge in just 22 minutes. But what we like most is that it doesn't try too hard to be an EV.
It just looks like a Range Rover. Better still, it'll be built alongside its petrol, diesel and plug-in hybrid siblings on the same production line in the Midlands. New powertrain, same identity.
In an industry obsessed with reinvention, something is refreshing about that.
