This F12 640d M Sport was left with us after the customer had spotted a tiny shred of metal in his oil filter.

On strip down we luckily found no failure and measurements all okay so we proceeded with our N57 timing chain replacement and bottom end refresh.

We had this F31 320d M Sport in with us recently for our N47 timing chain replacement and replacement condenser at 112k.

On removal there was slack in the upper chain and unsurprisingly the rocker cover had been leaking oil down the rear of the engine so this was replaced with the engine removed.

F22 M240i B58 that came in to us with a severe oil leak from oil filter housing.

On strip down we also found a failed solenoid valve that was also pushing oil through the plug so this was also replaced.
