This F32 430d M Sport was with us this week for our N57 timing chain replacement and bottom end refresh.

At 121k there was slack in the upper and lower chains and minimal wear on the bearings. With the engine removed we also replaced the rocker cover, oil filter housing gaskets, water pump, thermostat and coolant fl**ge.

With the refresh completed we carried out an EGR & Swirl Flap solution with Stage 1 remap.

This F11 530d M Sport back with us for some repair work.

This time we were replacing the rear diff bushes with Powerflex alternatives and replacing both front brake reaction arms.

While it was in we also cleaned up the front brakes and carried out a coolant pressure test.

We had this F16 X6 30d M Sport with us for our N57 timing chain and bottom end refresh.

This one had covered 127k and had slack in the upper and lower chains, bearings had slight wear but not excessive, we also replaced the rocker cover and oil filter housing gaskets that had been leaking.

F11 525d M Sport in with us for our N47 timing chain replacement.

This one had covered 148k and had slack in the upper and lower chains, it also had a rocker cover that was leaking and both engine mounts had collapsed so these were replaced with the engine removed.

We then finished the repair with an EGR solution and Stage 1 remap.

This one had covered 211k and had previously had a chain kit at some point in its life but that didn’t stop it having slack in the upper and lower chains!

F87 M2 OG in for some routine maintenance.

Our DCT service includes draining the old DCT fluid, removing the old DCT sump and replacing with a new sump pan, sucking jet pump, suction filter & pressure filter. The gearbox will then be filled with premium DCT fluid followed by the important oil balancing service function procedure via the BMW ISTA software.

This E82 123d M Sport was with us last week for an N47 timing chain replacement.

At 74k there was some movement in the upper chain, we also replaced the rocker cover after it had been leaking oil, oil filter housing gaskets were renewed as was the crankshaft pulley.

E93 320d Sport Plus Edition in for an N47 timing chain replacement.

At 104k this one had a lot of slack in the upper and lower chains prior to replacement, it also had an oil leak from the rocker cover and a flywheel that was end of life that were replaced with the engine removed. We also carried out and EGR & Swirl Flap solution and finished it off with a Stage 1 remap.
