If you're concerned about privacy, about the dealing and selling of your data, about the reading of your documents and files by AI and the many many other issues we face as a result of big tech, I encourage you to come and visit the lab where you can try out a different Operating System (OS) that is NOT run by big tech and works beautifully on even older systems oh and did I mention it's FREE!!!

Ever get that feeling your phone is "listening" to you? You are right, it is and your phone has become your worst enemy!

From BBC...
Does my phone listen to me?
Yes and no, but not in the way that you may think. Most phones listen to us passively to enable voice assistants like Siri or Alexa and Google Assistant. They are waiting for cues such as “Hey Siri” so they can search for topics you ask about online.

And from Reuters:
A federal judge in Seattle on Monday said tens of millions of users of Amazon.com’s cloud-based voice service Alexa can band together in a class action accusing the tech giant of deceptively recording and collecting their private conservations. July 2025 - This case is still being litigated but hopefully will soon be settled.

This post is part of a new theme on privacy and personal control, follow for more updates and lookout for a free seminar coming soon..
