Baby group Mondays 1.15pm - 2.30pm
Toddler group Tuesdays 1.15pm - 2.30pm

All sessions are completely free to attend and include tasty snacks, group activities and friendly faces

The team was busy today out and about delivering hygiene bags in sunny coatbridge

Another month of sending out over 60 poverty hygiene packs to woman’s aid, routes to work, Coatbridge college, our community members and more

Each bag goes to those who need it most and includes:
Washing detergent
Shampoo
Conditioner
Shower gel
Deodorant
Toothpaste
Tooth brushes
& more

You said we listened, now come in a handy carrier bag to get home safely

A Moment for Your Mind, a new way to support your wellbeing from NHS Lanarkshire Psychological Services.

These friendly, ultra-short videos are full of practical skills and tips to help with mind and mood.

If you’re struggling with your wellbeing, they can give you useful pointers you can put into practice straight away. And if things are feeling OK, they can help you build healthy habits to keep on track.
