Experisys IT Ltd are pleased to announce that we are in partnership with EMTel
EMtel offers telephone lines, systems, mobile, broadband, leased lines and more for businesses across the UK

In 2026, every analogue line in the UK will be switched off. However, tens of thousands of these lines are still in service and anyone who leaves upgrading to the last minute seriously risks losing their service and their telephone number. If you’ve not upgraded you need to act now and contact you...

In our time of business, 26 years, we have dealt with many companies, experienced varying levels of service with each, however, hands down the worst support/service/experience we have ever encountered has to be when trying to get support from the this company Clear Business their support stretches from non-existent to completely incompetent.
Constantly on hold 20mins average, being promptly cut off, message to call back and we repeat.
Simple questions unanswered, promises to find out and respond - unfulfilled, weeks go bye and we repeat the whole pointless process again.

Currently a simple request for our 'Access Line ID' as recognised by BT for our broadband - something EVERY provider has for their lines, yet they cannot or will not provide such (is it because it is required in order to move away from their incompetence?).

Interesting, valid? but will they listen or care?

Microsoft, we had a good thing going with Windows 10 - why do you want to force me to upgrade?

WARNING
What ever you do as a business for your Broadband avoid using

4 weeks ago they said they were 'Upgrading' our Broadband in order to facilitate the digital change of our phones. We called in advance of this (as we never requested it) concerned that our range of static IPs would change, this they confirmed but assured they would be allocated the same day as the upgrade - okay we prepped for the inconvenience.
Come the day of the upgrade (28th Feb), we were without phones for 8 hours, and on a single dynamic IP unable to communicate with our customers, in or out.
It took a further 4 days to be given the static IP range - when we were able to update all our systems and reconnect to our clients. We then found that no reverse DNS had been set on these so our outbound email was treated as spam and being bounced. Having raised this with the so called Tech support, they did not understand what ReverseDNS , is, they then claimed they had requested such from BT, they then claimed it was in place which it was not. This is still not resolved support (which appears to be a two man operation, of which one has no technical expertise in this area). Any attempt to contact Customer Care or escalate, results in us being passed back to the two man support.

They have now lost us business through an unnecessary upgrade that we never requested- we are still unable to operate properly!

Oh and they will not terminate our contract early with out charge as they do not accept there is any issue as their Tech Team cannot confirm - no wonder they have no idea what they are doing in order to confirm they have an issue.

DO NOT USE they are incapable of providing a business level service.

Yet again FAILED up by please what ever you do, business or private, please do not give these charlatans your business. They are frankly incapable of carrying out the menial task of delivering items to the correct person. Waiting all day on delivery, then lunch time told between 15.40 and 16.40, checked website at 16.15 for progress to find it was delivered at 16.06 and signed for by COLLINS - I am the only bloody person in the building and their photo of the parcel as some kind of proof of delivery doesn't bloody well help either. No phone number or contact, or means of complaint on their website.

The Scottish Government this week recently announced possible further easing of Coronavirus restrictions from the 18th June and all going well a move to Phase 2 of the lockdown easing soon thereafter. While this is obviously welcome news for us all, it is Experisys IT's intention to delay non-essential on-site visits to customers' premises for the time being. This is to reduce face-to-face meetings and any surface transmission risks such visits may bring about. We will continue to carry out remote system maintenance/checks and system issues remotely where possible, as we have been during the lockdown to date.
Any essential visits that are carried out will need to be risk assessed and done so based on Government advice and guidelines, to that end we will be completing an initial RA (Risk Assessment) for each of our clients. The RA will involve a series of questions to be answered by yourself and in turn we will be aiming to introduce, as much as possible, a protocol to follow during any visit.

Again we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but we feel this is necessary for the time being.

Coronavirus (Covid-19)
As a result of the essential measures to combat the Covid-19 pandemic, Experisys IT have been working hard to facilitate our clients with the ability to work from home. Likewise Experisys IT have now asked their staff to do likewise, for the time being all physical on site support has been suspended (except in exceptional circumstances). The health and safety of our clients, our staff and the public in general is the primary concern in this decision, and we trust you understand this necessity. Hopefully we can get back to a normal working environment as soon as possible, in the meantime we are still available at the end of a phone or email, and in most cases can remote access client systems for the normal ongoing maintenance and support.
