**WE SAID IT WAS A BUSY WEEKEND… AND WE MEANT IT!**

As well as providing a **full production setup on one of our stages in St Albans** this weekend, we’re also supplying production equipment for our clients at the **Longroad Festival in Leicestershire**.

Two locations, multiple crews, plenty of equipment and a whole lot of logistics ... just another normal weekend for the PLRS team! 😎

From stages and sound to lighting and full production, **we’re keeping the trucks moving and the shows running.**

This week sees the final part of an exciting installation at **Clacton Town Football Club** ⚽🔊

We’ll be completing the installation of a new **outdoor projection speaker system**, with dedicated amplification and speakers distributed around the pitch, providing clear, even sound throughout the ground.

We’ll also be completing the revamp and installation of the **bar area sound system**, giving the club a much-improved audio setup both inside and out.

And finally… 🎥

The last piece of the jigsaw is a **dedicated GameCam**, allowing supporters to keep an eye on the action while enjoying a beer in the bar! 🍺⚽

A busy week here at PLRS! 🔊

We’ve had a number of **dry hires** heading out this week, with plenty more equipment due back in over the coming days.

At the same time, we’re busy **prepping for next week’s event in St Albans**, where we’ll be providing our services for the Parish Council.

It’s all hands on deck getting everything checked, prepared and ready to go! 💪🔧

After a 2 day build, we have all 6 stages set up and ready for the Smoke and Fire Festival in Maldon. And then the council stepped in and cancelled the whole event due to a warning issued by the government. I feel so sorry for everyone involved, Ashly the founder & organiser especially.

We’re busy finishing off the prep for the Smoke & Fire Festival in Maldon this weekend.

This will be our seventh consecutive year supplying the full production for this fantastic event, and over the years we’ve learned that it’s often the small things that make the biggest difference. (See photo below)

It’s not just about putting up a stage, plugging in a PA and turning the lights on. It’s about all those little details that make everything work smoothly, look right, sound right and, most importantly, make the event enjoyable for everyone.

Seven years on, we’re still proud to be part of it — and we’re looking forward to another great weekend!

A huge thank you to Kevin Bavin and Steve (his ever-reliable sidekick!).

We'd also like to thank all of the amazing artists who made the event so special, especially Sophia O'Reilly Music, The Countrefeit Brits, Rubix2, Rehash, Park Lane, and Rude & Reckless, along with everyone else who took to the stage.

Of course, events like this simply wouldn't happen without the incredible volunteers, the committee, especially Steve and Sarah, the vendors, marshals, and the many people working tirelessly behind the scenes. Your hard work, dedication, and commitment are what make days like this so enjoyable for everyone who attends.
