We’re looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Chippenham ↗️

This is an important hire for us and a fantastic opportunity for someone to take real ownership of how we deliver our technical services and support our clients.

The role sits at the heart of our Technical Services team. You’ll oversee the day-to-day running of our support desk, coordinate technical projects and client onboardings, manage priorities and escalations, and work closely with our engineers to ensure we consistently deliver an excellent client experience.

We’re looking for someone who understands the MSP environment and, more importantly, understands what great service delivery looks like.

You don’t need to be the most technical person in the room, but you do need to be organised, proactive, commercially aware and brilliant with people. You’ll be comfortable taking ownership, making decisions and keeping things moving in a busy, fast-paced environment.

As we grow, this person will have a genuine opportunity to help shape our Technical Services function. We want someone who will challenge us, improve our processes and help us continually raise the standard of service we provide.

Meet the Team – Amy Hill, Head of Operations 👋

Amy has been part of Elevate Cloud for almost a year now, and the impact she’s had on the business has been massive.

As we’ve grown, Amy’s role has grown with us. Today, she’s responsible for the day-to-day operations, overseeing everything from client onboarding and billing through to supplier management, projects and the internal processes that keep the business moving.

She’s brought structure, organisation and accountability to a fast-growing business and has played a huge part in helping us scale without losing the level of service we want to deliver to our clients.

And things aren’t slowing down… 🚀

With our business continuing to grow, Amy will soon have a new team member joining her in Operations, giving us even more resource to improve our processes, coordinate projects and make the client experience even better.
