This is something I see regularly.
Two businesses offering very similar servicesā¦
but attracting completely different types of clients.
One is constantly being price-shopped.
The other is winning better quality projects.
The difference usually isnāt the work ā
itās how the business is positioned.
When everything looks more professional and considered,
the conversation shifts away from price and onto value.
