Had in a PS5 last week, where the customer has been having over heating issues for months, it’s been getting that hot, the board is now a different colour, and not cost effective to fix

Managed to save a customers hard drive by replacing the smashed USB port ourselves
The drive was a 4TB
Recovery of a 4TB hard drive could of cost hundreds of pounds
The drive alone would of cost over £100 to replace

All done the next day, at a fraction of the cost, all data intact and the drive fully functional
