2014 Mazda CX5 2.2 Diesel, 148,000 mile - Walnut blast of coked intake valves, ports and inlet manifold.

These were some of the worst ports / valves we have seen, and we do a lot of walnut blasting on, BMW, MINI, Mercedes and VAG.

With out dealer level Media blasting tools and expertise (and a little patience and elbow grease) all the excess coking was removed from both the inlet manifold, throttle body and ports / valve.

All in time for Christmas and the customer to benefit from improved idle, BHP and MPG.
