Previously 3 mbps due to distance to the open reach cabinet, now 200mbps!
Beaming down from the plethora or Starlink satellites.

A decent weather day for These jobs in Rochester.
A nice new aerial for the houseboat, and an aerial replacement for the apartment block overlooking the river and castle.

New aerial for this one in Rochester today. Old one wind damaged after around 40 years, so it done well.

Views across jackson fields, Delce, and the Castle is visible between the chimneys.

Nice views to brighten an otherwise dull weather day.

Rainbow 🌈 after storm Isha.

This one had been screwed to the chimney bricks. The Storm had caused it to shake loose.
Replacement bracket with strapping, all good for the next storm…

Missing the blue skies today, though it’s dry so all good!
Tree obscuring the view from Strood to the castle across the river.

A steep roof on this one with a glass conservatory at the rear, a reminder to use the harness for a safe installation.

With the snow gone (for now perhaps?!), it’s back to roof work.

A stealthy installation today.
Managed to get a good signal quite low down on this one near Rochester Cathedral. Aerial positioned away from the roof light (so as not to spoil the view of the sky from inside), into masthead pre amplifier and then the distribution amplifier, good signals to all TVs.

A little icy for roof jobs!

This service call was for a loft aerial. Apparently it had been installed some years ago but never actually worked properly.
Found the aerial had been incorrectly assembled, once I had reassembled it and aligned it to the transmitter, it was receiving a perfect signal.

All freeview channels now working 👍

Replaced the chimney bracket with a stronger one.

Taking down some old equipment no longer in use.
Having been up for some 40 years, this specialist equipment was no longer in use and had become a little loose, rattling in the wind.

Safely now brought down and off to be recycled…
