🎲 Warhammer Nights - New Format Update 🎲

From now on, our Warhammer nights will be moving to a paid entry format to help us keep improving the experience for everyone.

Here’s how it works:

🔹 Basic Entry: £3
Gives you access to the gaming night as usual.

🔹 Entry + Tokens: £5
Includes entry plus 3 tokens, which can be exchanged for drinks and snacks on the night.

🎟️ On entry, once you’ve paid, you’ll be given a wristband so we know you’re checked in for the night.

💳 Payment can be made by cash or card.

🥤 No tokens? No problem.
Drinks and snacks will still be available to buy individually without tokens.

🪑 Table Reservations

We’ll have a limited number of tables available to reserve in advance ⚔️
Entry is still paid as normal on arrival 💷

To keep things fair 🤝, reserved tables will be held from 5–6pm only, so tables aren’t left empty all night ⏰
Once you’ve arrived and checked in, the table is yours for the rest of the evening 🎲🔥

We know paying for entry is a change, but we want to be completely open about why we’re doing it:

👉 Any profits made from Warhammer nights will be put straight back into the community, going towards new terrain, boards, and extra bits to make the nights better, more immersive, and more fun for everyone 🛠️
