Dear Customers and friends

I regret to say that I am not ready to return to work as yet. I am still unable to sleep and feel completely exhausted from what has happened over the last few weeks.

I still hope to be able to return to work at some point in the future - but I know that I will do more harm than good to myself by returning before I am ready.

Thank you for your understanding and May I wish you all a very happy 2023 and I hope to see you along the road before too long.

Dear customers and friends.

With the sad death of my dear Mother Maureen suddenly at home on the morning of Thursday 24th November, 2022 - I am having to withdraw from working until into the New Year.
My mothers death has taken a big toll on myself and my dear Father, and until after things are sorted out and my Mother has undertaken her final Journey, I simply do not have the strength to cope with work.

Thank you so much for your understanding and for hopefully bearing with me through this sad, hard time for Dad, Myself and our Family.

I would like to take the opportunity to wish you all a Merry Christmas but I may not be posting it Cards this year.

All best wishes and kindest thoughts

Happy, Healthy New Year to you all. I hope it will be a kind one for you.

With the ongoing tier-4 restrictions in Norfolk (and possibly further restrictions being announced this evening), I am taking the decision to stop all 'in-home appointments' with customers. Households are not allowed to mix, and with being classed as extremely clinically vulnerable this is the only sensible course of action for me to take.

I am happy to help you with any computer problems online if at all possible, but physical repair of devices will only be carried out at my business/home address until further notice.
Please phone beforehand to allow me to make a convenient appointment should you wish to bring items to me for assistance.

Just a quick note to inform customers that the current 'lockdown' means I am not able to arrange and carry out home visits.

Should anybody require help or assistance I am working from home. You can bring any items for repair, servicing, setting up or general maintenance to me, but please contact me first to arrange a convenient time.

Any device brought to me will be sanitised prior to and after work is complete and the device is ready for collection/delivery back to you, assuring both your and my safety at all times.

May I take this opportunity to wish you all a safe, healthy run-up to Christmas and please, stay well.

Apologies to any of my customers (old or new) who I haven't been able to respond to this week due to having the pesky stomach bug from Hell! (for once the Internet and lack of security isn't responsible for a virus).
