Last night TGIF drinks on the sofa at Maxi's Carnoustie the comfort zone was a serious struggle. 🛋️🍷
Just as the lights dimmed (yup dimmed 🙌) and we reached peak relaxation (as you can see from our drinks setup!), duty called: our Thai takeaway was ready for pickup.
When Derek picked up the curry at Thai Kitchen he bought a box of macarons from Thai Cottage Bakery.
Curry was amazing as always but OMG !!
Yes the box is empty in the photo but we devoured them! I would have defended these chocolate, passionfruit,raspberry, strawberry and lemon macarons like the Avengers defended Earth in Age of Ultron ( I’m a 🤓 best way to describe how good these macarons were).
If you want to treat yourself to them they are at the till ( unless I get there first ).
Or even better imagine having a coffee at Maxis and there is Thai Cottage Bakery Macarons 😍😍😍😍

We have tried them and they are amazing and Maureen still keeps going on about the salted maple syrup latte. It’s Saturday tomorrow treat yourself or someone to an utterly delicious breakfast/brunch.
