The Legendary Roland D-50 vintage synthesizer keyboard has been used by musicians including Prince, Sting, Michael Jackson and Enya. The D-50 has also been used by Jean-Michel Jarre, Tangerine Dream and the Pet Shop Boys in various years, since the synthesizer came out in 1987. This D-50 example required full service, clean and reset, but is now sounding amazing!

The Korg N364 keyboards were 61-key music workstation synthesizers based on the AI2 synthesis engine, with eight megabytes of sample rom first released in 1996. They have 936 programs This one in the workshop had unfortunately lost all its voices! In 1996 the technology was 3.5" floppy discs, who has those now? but all fixed and sounding amazing even in 2025

Wow, here's a beautiful vintage Vitavox GP1 pressure driver and flared PA horn, originally launched in 1948, this example still works perfectly and is VERY LOUD!

Ah, here are the iconic Bose 302 Tandem Tuned System Subwoofer loudspeakers from circa 1980's they feature ported 2 x 12" bass drivers and produced room shaking bass. These are the original Series 1 which sadly suffered from driver foam rot as did many speakers from the 80's , The Series 2 featured improved drivers and performance.

The Beocenter 4600 was another B&O design classic back in1978, considering its 46 years old this example is in remarkable condition although plenty of lubrication to all moving parts and a full set of drive belts were required to restore it's former glory!

This Laney CXP-110 is a great little powered wedge monitor speaker, had a broken jack plug stuck in the "LINE IN" socket, repaired today as needed for a gig tonight, "phew"

This 1000 watt power amplifier was certainly a monster back in 1986, based on a Elektor Electronics Magazine project this is still a powerful and well built amplifier. A quick service and clean was all it needed.

In 1934 Paul Voigt released the Domestic Corner Horn, a horn-loaded loudspeaker that would go on to shape audio-experiences for generations to come. A wonderful, impractical, and undeniably British concept from the time, where watts were few. Came across an example of these wonderful vintage loudspeakers, although not sure if I've got room in my lounge, but would be interesting to hear them working again!

The Beocenter 9000 from Bang & Olufsen was certainly in advance of it's time when launched in 1986. It became one of Bang & Olufsen's outstanding modern classics. Beautiful to look at, with its sculptured design in glass and brushed aluminium, it is still in 2024 pure pleasure to use and listen to. The ALL touch glass panel controls mean there are NO mechanical controls anywhere to become noisy or fail completely!
This example required only minor repairs to some age related fixings and electronics to restore it's stunning looks and performance!

Vintage 80's homemade amplifier, using Crimson Elektrik power amplifier modules, 150watts was a powerful amplifier in the early 80's, all working fine and still sounds great!
