Had a lovely visit to Sarah and the team at The Red Lion Inn. They’ve struggled in the past with slow, spotty WiFi throughout the pub, which affected the business and customers alike. They were also being overcharged for outdated landlines, some of which weren’t being used.

Now, they have full-fibre broadband throughout the entire pub, as well as in the annex next door, ensuring reliable coverage everywhere it’s needed!

We also:
- Set up and personalised separate landlines for front and back of house
- Added scheduled opening times and call handling features
- Enabled simultaneous calls so customers aren’t left waiting
- Set up messages and call features for when the pub is closed
- Installed a dedicated guest WiFi network for customers

Thanks to the improved connectivity, they’ve finally been able to roll out their brand new EPOS system, which was previously impossible!

It’s really such a pleasure to support a family-run business that serves incredible food - plus they’re only 5 minutes from our South Wales Office, a bonus for us both!
