I’m not sure if people are heavy-handed, or if modern consoles have their connectors made out of weetabix… because these HDMI connectors seem to drop like flies 🥴

Luckily we have the tools and know how to solder in a new connector 🤩

Here is a PS5 HDMI port that has been replaced this afternoon in our workshop.

All HDMI Connector jobs are completed on site and usually turned around within one working day.

We had a PS4 Slim arrive recently that had a snowy, distorted video output via HDMI. Initially it was suspected that the HDMI connector was faulty, but actually it ended up being this Panasonic HDMI Encoder IC.
After soldering in a new one - bosh! We have excellent quality digital video once again 👌
