On Thursday, our IT Director Mike Denovellis and IT Manager Ian Jefferson had an enjoyable and thoroughly informative day out representing System IT Ltd at the North Lakes Spa Hotel in Penrith, courtesy of Indelible Data Limited for their Trusted Partner Conference. They discussed at length the changes coming in April 2026 with the new Danzell Cyber Essentials question set.

We are delighted to share that Scott Coupland has successfully completed his BCS Level 3 Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship, and has accepted a permanent position at System IT Ltd as Helpdesk Engineer.

We couldn't be prouder of his hard work, dedication, and the progress he has made during his apprenticeship. Scott's commitment to excellence and his enthusiasm have been truly commendable, and we are confident that he will continue to excel in his new role.

A huge thanks to the team at Carlisle College and in particular Simon Bell who has helped provide tremendous support throughout the apprenticeship.

We've got a double success to shout about!

Lee Gardner celebrated 15-years with System IT Ltd earlier this month, and was recently promoted to the role of Helpdesk Manager at System IT.

Our IT Director Mike Denovellis had these words to say: "Lee does a phenomenal job for System IT and for our customer-base, and he's a great asset to the company. Having worked with Lee for nearly 20 years now, I couldn't ask for a better person to oversee the running of our Helpdesk. He has a wealth of knowledge and works tirelessly to ensure our customers get the best experience possible."
