Microsoft support for Office 2021 ends on that date. The applications will not suddenly disappear, but continuing to use software after support ends means operating without the normal security updates, fixes and technical support businesses should expect.

We’re looking for a practical, customer-focused IT Support & Field Technician who can combine first-line helpdesk support with hands-on work at customer sites.

We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Field Engineer to deliver installation, maintenance and technical support across our customer sites.

The role will involve structured cabling, network and communications installations, hardware deployment, cabinet and rack work, connectivity fault-finding, site surveys and project installations.
