Ten to Ten - Marketing & Development

I've had busy few months working on some projects but I am available again for work and I'm still offering free website builds for small businesses in Wales.

Last week, we successfully wrapped up a comprehensive optimization project for a tradesman.

I was originally brought in to investigate why the client's website wasn't performing as expected. After conducting a complimentary performance and SEO assessment, I discovered a common issue: while the site was aesthetically well-designed, it lacked the content depth necessary to dominate local search results and generate high-volume leads.

The Strategy
To turn things around, we implemented a multi-layered growth plan:

Local Authority Building: Developed over 100 location-specific service pages to ensure the business captures searches across the entire target area.

Technical SEO: Overhauled on-page elements to improve search engine crawling and ranking.

Performance Upgrades: Migrated the site to high-performance hosting to boost load speeds.

Conversion Optimisation: Integrated an AI chatbot to provide instant support to visitors and capture leads 24/7.

Next Steps
The foundation is now set. Moving forward, we are closely monitoring the rankings for our new targeted keywords. I will be providing the client with monthly SEO reports to track growth, transparency, and ROI as the new pages begin to climb the search results.
