Our Back Office team had a blast over at Tree Top Golf in Cardiff! ⛳ Between chats and tricky treetop challenges, the team had fun navigating a jungle of increasingly difficult courses, leading to moments of triumph and moments of despairing laughter alike!

Every quarter, the BackOffice team holds a social to connect, unwind, and just have fun 😎 As a business, we believe taking time for connection and wellbeing is a win-win; colleagues get to recharge and reconnect outside of work, and bring their best game into the office too!

Our very own Molly Downs walks us through the rooms, spaces, and facilities in the new Creditsafe group offices where the magic happens ✨ 👇

When we started planning our move from Caspian Point, the vision was to create a workspace that reflects who we are, as well as our focus on people, collaboration, and belonging.

Many Creditsafers played a big role in bringing it all to life, including our Group design team, HR, many teams across our technology department, and more 🙌 See how it all turned out below!

Learning at work goes beyond online courses and learning on the job; it also happens best within communities and peer-to-peer events!

For Creditsafers it happens at partner events like the recent Amazon AWS summit, in the office when we tune into a colleague’s lived and learnt stories, in the buzz of our annual innovation days, and across workshops on a range of areas, from technical topics through to wellbeing and health.

Welcome to learning at work week! 💡

We’re celebrating the value of learning in all its forms and what it means for each of us. As our HR Director, Sims puts it:

“Learning expands not just what we know, but how we see the world. I’m passionate about L&D because it stretches thinking - which is always a good thing!

It can help to challenge assumptions, and helps people approach work and life with greater insight and confidence. I also believe that it has the power to transform, not just develop.

I’m inspired by how learning can shift mindsets, dismantle beliefs that can sometimes be limiting, and really help people achieve things that mean something to them”

Creditsafe offers a range of experiences for developing learning beyond technical skills. Including workshops, lived and learnts from our very own Creditsafers, events and certifications, and more 🌟

To celebrate , we’ve been holding a wellbeing festival in our Coal House office. The theme for this year? Action!

So far, this week has kicked off with a drop-in session hosted by Molly Downs, which focused on good habits, and why we put them off! Leading to a meaningful discussion on some of the causes behind why, with some handy tips shared on how to move forward.

Our very own Aneeta Bhogal also hosted a breathwork and yoga session, which offered great tools and lessons for bringing ourselves back into a resourceful state of mindfulness and balance whenever we need it.

We also held a session with Holistic SOS on the theme of befriending our nervous systems, which play a huge part in wellbeing. Bringing awareness to it, and tools for restoring, recharging, and resetting it.

And today, we held a refresher presentation on our wellbeing and rewards platform, hosted by Reward Gateway, which offers a range of resources for physical, mental, and financial wellbeing.

Awareness and action in mental health is something we're passionate about as a company; when each of us thrive, we all thrive. Thanks to our Creditsafers and partners for helping to bring wellbeing into focus and practice 💚
