Not every business needs its documents built for them. ✍️

Some do. If you are producing the same agreement fifty times a month with different names and figures in it, template automation earns its keep quickly.

Plenty of businesses are not in that position. You already have your contracts that you are happy with, and you don't need a platform to rebuild them.

What you need is for them to get signed. Quickly, without printing, and with a proper record of who signed and when.

That's a different job, and it doesn't take a full automation platform to do it.

Where does a signed document actually live once it comes back?

If the answer is "in someone's inbox," you do not have a record. You have a copy sitting in one person's account, findable only by them, only if they remember the sender's name and roughly when it landed. 📩

That is fine right up until the person is on leave, has left, or the search turns up three versions and you cannot tell which one was signed.

The fix: store the signed copy somewhere the whole team can reach it, not wherever the email happened to land.

Name in one place, company number in another, a figure typed slightly wrong on the third. ✍️
