Since June 2024, I’ve been working part time as Design Manager 💕 I’m certainly kept busy each day that I’m there, but it’s wonderful. There’s lots of design and illustration satisfaction as I support all the departments, but above all, they’re an amazing team of people doing great work so communities across North Hertfordshire and surrounding areas can access free, specialist care for those facing life-limiting illnesses, supporting them and their families with inpatient, community-based, and wellbeing services.
I can’t wait to share more of what I’ve been working on in the last year. From a winter appeal to a sub brand for the trading team who have been busy relaunching stores. But to start with, mostly because there’s colourful and glittery pin badges, some designs I did for the Compassionate Neighbours service. 🚪☺️☕️
This service is truly brilliant, providing social and emotional support for anyone experiencing loneliness or isolation. For people who have trained as a Compassionate Neighbour, they get the main badge with the doors, and if they’ve been part of this service for 5 years, they get a 5 year badge. I’ve also designed and illustrated a handbook which is received when training, and designed a leaflet which raises awareness of all the wellbeing hubs they run across North Herts. Oh I almost forgot the wraps on the minibuses! 🚌👀
