CasperVend Users - Shop & Hop set up

please remember if you are taking part in the LL "Shop & Hop", you MUST use the CasperVend2 Event Vendor v2.70 script. (redelivery if you have an older version / can't find)

Also please remember to run an Upgradebee (on the region) *after* the event, when your vendors have been deleted, to clean up your list of vendors, so ghosted vendors don't remain.

CasperVend: Redelivery adjustments

With the shopping events going on, some people have expressed frustration about non-deliverable products cluttering up their redelivery pages (like store-credit only products).

We've adjusted the redelivery portal to hide products which have no delivery item set.

Products which do have an item set but are no-copy or have redelivery disabled, will still show in the list, with a "contact store" button.

CasperVend - Tags now available

We're very excited to announce yet another major improvement to CasperVend.

You can now add "tags" to your devices, allowing you to group them together in a dynamic and flexible way.

You can search by one or more tags, and you can apply pricing options by tag. Region-wide or global promotions are much easier with tags!

It's also possible to bulk add/remove tags from vendors on the vendors page. Enjoy!

CasperLet: Tenants page

The "Rentals" page has been revamped, and is now called "Tenants".

You can now search by avatar, and view previous/completed tenancies.

We only started storing past tenancy information starting 11.06.2024, but hopefully this will be useful in the future. :-)

New CasperLet Feature: Credit Remaining

Any new tenancies which started after 7AM 10.06.2024 (SL Time) will now track "Credit".

This credit will gradually count down over time, as the credit gets used up by the cost of the rental. This figure is intended to represent the amount of L$ which the tenant has paid, minus the charge for the rental time thus far.

New Store Credit Features

We've added a new field to Products, called "Store Credit".

This field will cause the product to award the set amount of store credit when purchased.

You can also set the product to "Don't deliver anything" to have the product award store credit only, making it possible to give store credit with gift cards, or have touchable vendors to award gift credit.

This is a commonly requested feature so, here you are. :-)

CasperVend - Managers support

A much requested feature is now here! You can now grant other users access to manage your CasperVend account, with fine control over access via a permissions system.

If you currently share your account, we highly recommend moving to the Managers system and changing your password, to keep your account secure.

LL Shop & Hop - Event vendors clean-up

Hi,

as the LL Shop & Hop has now ended, please remember when you have deleted your vendors to run the UpgradeBee MAIN VENDORS ONLY v2.70r2 in CHECK ALL mode on the region where your store was, (and wait for the completed message in local chat).

Gifting changes

We've made an improvement to the way Gifting works on vendors.

If a user has already chosen a person to send a gift to, and they click "Gift" again, they will now be given the choice to cancel the gift selection.

Previously, they would either have to enter their own name, or pay the vendor and cancel the gift from the gift selection dialogue.

This change makes things a little more user friendly. The change is live on all vendors already, there is no need to update.
