The percentage of women in technology roles has only grown by 5.7% in the past 12 years - this isn't enough.

On this International Women's Day we want to say that encouraging women to get into tech careers has never been more important, and we need to create a community that supports everyone to pursue a career that fulfills them.

At Windsor Telecom, we don't just talk about , but we like to action it too. Yesterday on , we enjoyed a day of massages from The Massage Company, guided meditation with a world-class guru, a lunchtime team walk and some mindfulness colouring for everyone to get involved.

We enjoyed a beautiful lunch spread to enjoy together as a team, and some goodies to help us all feel good at work.

Mental health awareness isn't a one day job in the workplace, it's constant support of each other. Thanks to everyone who helped make this day possible.

The Great Windsor Bake off returned to the office yesterday in support of Macmillan Cancer Support and it was a huge success! There were so many sweet and savoury bakes to try, but only one took the cake (pun intended) and that was our 2022 Star Baker Tatiana Tarlev's gorgeous vanilla and fresh strawberry cake.

Congratulations to our joint runners up Laura Patterson for her Sausage rolls and David White for his deconstructed cheesecake and fruit compote.

A massive thank you to everyone that got involved and let us all try your delicious treats, helping us raise a total of £211.
