As our Help Desk Manager, David oversees the day‑to‑day running of our Extra Mile Support service and leads the team who are on the front line for our clients. His focus is simple: ensuring every issue is handled quickly, professionally and with the level of care our clients expect from us.
David plays a key role in keeping our support function running smoothly, from managing workloads and prioritising tickets to supporting the team and making sure clients always receive clear communication and a great experience.
His leadership helps ensure our Helpdesk consistently delivers the reliability, responsiveness and reassurance our clients depend on.
