This is all about participation and taking part and is open to everyone. The goal is just to keep everyone active during this time. Your activity can include a whole range of activities such as cycling, running and walking which we are currently able to do outside once a day, any indoor sports that you are able to do (dancing, P.E with Joe, online sessions, yoga/pilates) and any activities that raise your heartrate such as gardening and housework.
You can record your activity anyway you like: Pen/paper, excel, strava, garmin, fitbit etc. We love to have your updates as the challenge progresses so you are welcome to email us or contact us on social media to let us know your totals. Any pictures you want to send are also welcome and we will try and promote as many as we can during the challenge. To claim your badge, you just need to send us your totals at the end of the challenge and we will send out badges to those who have paid for them.
